maybe i can help ...? it sounds like you are having irregular periods, however it is possible to get pregnant. I would suggest getting a blood test to check hCG levels to see if you are pregnant.
I am also hypothyroid and have only been on synthroid for about 4 weeks, only 25mcg. I hadnt gotten my period since going off of the pill in March. I took a preg test last Wednesday and it was positive and they did a blood test to confirm that. As of right now i believe i am about 5 weeks pregnant and hope that the dosage of synthroid is enough so that i dont miscarry. I would continue trying and keep in close touch with your ob and endo. good luck
