hiya just got the flyer in the mail and looked up here straight away it looks suspect to me too. i have been doing Winsor pilates most mornings for just over a mth now and have found this the best way to lose weight, i have had 4 children and gain alot in size and even going to the gym 5-6 days a week did not help much but after 3 days of doing Winsor pilates i was seeing a big diference and same with the friend that i do it with. its easy to do even if you have injuries and i havnt had to change how i eat either (i have always been a careful eater though). so if nothing else is working try that and the dvd's only go for about 20mins im extreamly impressed with it considering i have tried everything else to loose weight with no success

Hello there! I have also heard that pilates was good and benefiting but I never actually understood what it was all about. An acquaintance of mine who is obese has been doing pilates for over a year but honestly I saw no improvement in her. Maybe because she hasn’t modified her diet or something.

Could you please tell me more about how pilates works and how long the classes last?

I have been only working out for sometime and I had my diet changed but working out became so boring and I would like to try something new.

Thank you in advance
Heidi

hiya Winsor pilates are slightly different from the normal pilates and work so much fast. i dont go to classes as such but have some dvd's that i ordered. my friend comes around first thing in the morning to do them and what a difference areas that i couldnt budge the fat (like the hips and thighs and butt) has come off quickly and it encourages you to do more. its also good if you have injuries as they have someone there to modify the excersises accordingly. i do have a site which you could check out its

I have tried everything to loose weight after having 4 children and this i can say by far is the most successful. there is alot so streaching involved,
you dont come away hot and sweaty but you do feel like you have done a great workout. also it gives you more fexablility and strenghens weak area. hopefully i have been of some help check out the site and try it i noticed a diffence within 3 days

good luck

deb
