hey,
im 21, and for a while now (prob 2 yrs or more) i realsie that sometimes when i ejaculte my testicals feel like they are being pulled down by pressure, like as if someone is grabing them and pulling down. it would only last like aa couple of seconds.
i noticed that this would occur when i would have a sudden change in my sexual activity... like when i stop sexual activity for a long priod of time or when im constantly active.
On top of this, incomparison to my frinds, my testicles are larger. But the funny thing is that i ejaculate a fair bit.... so thats y i dont consider the size to be a problem. But when i think of the pain that i get everyonce in a while and then look at the size, i cant help to think that there is something worng!
am i being paranoid? |

Yep, you are probably paranoid! Size does differ and if your testicles have always been huge, both of them, then you have nothing to worry about. As for the ejaculation amount, this also differs, so you should trouble your mind that much about it.
And the discomfort you feel during ejaculations could be coming from vas deferens, the tubes that carry the sperm and are covered with muscles. During ejaculation, they can cause pain due to spasm. It is quite possible that the pain would subside in some time. If it doesn’t and you find it too troublesome, you should see a doc and check if something’s wrong. |
