I just have a question for anyone that would be able to answer it.......... If my mother is O+ and my father is O- can that make me A- ? I am not sure and I heard that it couldn't but I just needed some confirmation. Thank you for your time.

no. the genotype for bloodtype O+ and O- is ii

basically, NO CHANCE OF A+, A-, B+, B-, AB+, or AB-
