Working Out When Working In Night Shifts !!!

Very Happy Guys I Want to know , When to Work Out in the Day When Doing my Job in Nightshifts !! My timings are from 05:00 pm in the evening to 04:00 am in the morning.

I am not able to understand when to go for workouts , I workout for an hour , when should i do that in the remaning time. Rolling Eyes
