Hi... I just turned 17 and am currently with someone. Well.. we have been having sex for the past year, both with and without condoms I know, so irresponsible) but he always pulls out WAY before he's ever done and usually finishes me another way and I know there are premature discharges before actually having sex, so we always take care of that beforehand. Anyways, I am one of those lucky people (psh yeah right) who don't get their period the same time each month and I am having trouble remembering when mylastperiod was. I was sick this past month (on my birthday in fact) and I can't seem to remmember if I had it then aswell. So now my boyfriend and I are freaking out and vowing not to have sex unless we have GOOD protection and I really don't even want to fool around for a good long while. The BIG problem is that I don't have a job, which means no money to get a pregnancy test and I really can't afford to have the baby. I take full responsibilty for all of it and thats why I am vowing otherwise, but I need help on telling if I am pregnant or not by symptoms.
I don't really feel like I'm sick. I haven't been throwing up at al. My nipples are a little sore but they get like that sometimes even if I'm not on or about to start my period. I don't seem to be having any weird cravings nor eating a lot at all. I have had a creamy discharge, but not constantly.
Can someone help me? am really worried. |

Planned Parenthood is an awesome resource, they have free pregnancy tests, and usually teens can get free birth control!
You may consider making an appt for PP.
Babies/Children deserve the very BEST, and if you cannot give them that, then children are not for you.(yet) |

| Thing is, I live in a really reral area with not a lot of resources. I just would like to be sure of things and I am stressing out a lot and I know that makes me feel the symptoms like if I actually were.. I just need more options. |

Ummm that would be yet another issue. I live in northern California... WAY northern. I am right on the Oregon boarder... literally. My closest city is 30 mins away in Oregon.
Another thing... I was recapping my month. My birthday was at the very begining of this month. My boyfriend was fingering me (I can't think of any more pleasant way to describe it, sorry=/) and he had forgotten to trim his nails.. which resulted in a very... bad incident for me. I didn't have any sex for quite some time untill just the other day and only for like... a few moments in which he finished me off like I had described before. Also, my stomach has been feeling somewhat... odd. But each time it happens, I end up burping. I don't pee any more than usual, so I am begining to think that all of this is just stress related... but I still can't remember when I had my last period! |

Okay..
Pregnancy is not instant, it actually takes up to 14 days for full pregnancy to occur.
First conception has to happen, which takes 2-3 days.. THEN the fertilized egg has to make its way to the uterus and implant, which takes up to 10 days..
So about a week after sex, you are not technically pregnant yet because implantation has not occured most likely.. |
