Well, basically, if it is your first time, which i assume it is, it will hurt anyway, no matter what you do.

Use plenty of Lubricant (Durex Play Feel, KY Jelly etc) (brought from any chemist) and maybe try some anal play before such as fingering the anus and also use a position in which you are incontrol and very relaxed.

If you need any more help just ask,

Actually, anal sex doesn't have to hurt at all. If you do it right, even if it's your first time, you can enjoy it and experience an orgasm.

Like said above, using lots of lubrication is important. So is going VERY slowly. You have to be aroused and very relaxed. If you tense up then he won't be able to get inside of you. Just have lots of foreplay, get aroused, then have him slowly push inside you a little bit at a time. Once he's all the way inside you it will be much easier to slide in and out because (as gross as this sounds) your ass will kind of stay "open" to allow him to slide in and out until he stops and pulls out.

If it does hurt just tell him to slow down or stop and try again later or when you're more comfortable.

I was scared to my first time. What's always worked for me once again LOTS OF LUB and let him stick it in slowly and hold it for like 30 sec and then pull out and put it back in. After you get used to it, it starts to feel really good...for me it's actually easier to have anal sex with my husband rather then regular sex...
Hope it helps

seriously like the other ppl said use lube n lots of it but, make sure to tell em to go slow when he goes in! the first time me and my man did it, we didnt know what to do, so we put tons of lube n the man slid his stuff right n, it hurt like hell. the second time we tryed tho, same thing with the lube(lots of it) but he let me hold his dick as he went n. it made me feel so much better cause i could control how much he went n at a time. work it n tho like go n a lil, out, n a lil more n once hes n it feels so good... it will take a few min before it feels really good cause your ass is getting use to something goin n. just stay as relaxed as posible n try missionary it makes it even more intimate.
