Worried about my colon

I am 20 year old male, and ever since 19 1/2 i have had these lumps on my outer colon. 1 bigger one is on the bottom, and the other smaller one is on my right side. it feels like my outer part of my colon is swollen. they are slightly painful when touched and get irritated. They seem to get more swollen on days i wipe my ass to hard after taking a crap. I have squezed and played with it a bit to see what they could be for my own study. and it just turns it red and hurts. it bassicaly almost feels like 2 big pimples... I am not gay and have never had anything put up my colon or anything like that... I am kinda laughing while typing this because i am a bit embarrased. I am so embarresed about it, i am afraid to tell my anyone, my doctor or my own mother don't even know about it.
What could it be? Wiping to hard? Becoming irritated? Should i be concerned and watch it as i get older? Or, should i go ahead and tell my mother or doctor? Please help.
