I'm 15, and really wanting to experiment with girls. But I've got some problems with my penis. First of all, I can't pull my foreskin back over the head of my penis. I can only pull it back so it's about a centimeter in diameter. I'm worried I have some sort of problem with my foreskin which might make me have to get circumsized.
Another problem is that I've got quite a few white dots on the shaft of my penis which make it look quite unsightly. I'm really really hoping this isn't a serious infection/disease.

Any help will be appreciated.
