Would Aleve last longer than Ibuprofen or Tylenol?

I have problem with my knee. I had an accident on the construction site and since then I have chronic pain in my left knee. Sometimes it blocks my leg totally. I have tried with some medications like Tylenol and Ibuprofen. They are helpful but they don't last too long. I need something a little longer lasting. I have heard that Aleve could be my choice. Would Aleve last longer than Ibuprofen or Tylenol?

I have serious problem with headaches. It is chronic. I have tried to deal it with Tylenol and then Ibuprofen, and like you, I was not satisfied with it duration. Then I have tried Aleve. I can tell you freely that it last at least twice longer then one of those two medications. It lasted a whole day. The first symptoms of relief started half an hour after taking pill. One tip for you. It works better when you drink a cup of coffee. Try it.
