Would Amiodarone have the same side effects as Digoxin?

First I was using Digoxin to control the rate and rhythm of the heartbeat. After few weeks I have to change medication because I had bad headache, I lost appetite and I felt very weak all the time. Now doctor prescribed Amiodarone to me. Would Amiodarone have the same side effects as Digoxin?

Well, Amiodarone is also antiarrhythmic drug as Digoxin. Amiodarone is very effective medication but it has a lot of side effects. It also may cause headaches and weakness. The most common side effects of Amiodarone are nausea and vomiting. I hope you would not have any bad reaction on Amiodarone.
