Salute! Six years ago, everything has changed. After the consultation with my endocrinologist, I have changed my nutrition, start with hormonal treatment but he also advice me some sport activities to prevent osteoporosis process. I do not have enough time to go to gym, but I was thinking to start with running. Would Running Help Relieve Symptoms In Menopause?

According to latest studies, recommended activities are running, riding a bicycle and exercising. According to that, I have bought Kathy Smiths book about exercises for menopausal woman and after 7 months in this way of living, I can tell you that I feel a progress. Try it. Let the running be just a form of your activities, not main one.
