Would Saw Palmetto help my hair loss?

Hello, folks. I am having a problem with my hair loss. I tried many things, but nothing helps. Now I am thinking of trying with Saw Palmetto. Would this herb me with my hair loss? Can someone tell me more about this? I would appreciate if anyone could. Thanks in advance.

Hello. Hair loss is related to two factors. The first one is genetics and the other one is high levels of androgen. Saw Palmetto acts like anti-androgen. It blocks 5 alpha-reductase – it is an important enzyme for converting testosterone into DHT – an active form of testosterone. Many people use this herb for benign prostate hyperplasia.
