Would pregnancy tests show up positive at almost 7 weeks pregnant?

Hi,

I was just wondering if pregnancy tests would show up positive for sure if you were almost 7 weeks pregnant? Also, would it matter what time of the day you tested or how long you held your pee if you were that far along? Thanks.

When you are 7 weeks pregnant, technically you are 3 weeks PAST your missed period, so a pregnancy test WILL show an accurate result..

IF IT says NOT pregnant, MOST LIKELY you are not.
If you have any doubts, getting a blood test would be a 'for sure' answer =)
