Would reflexology be helpful for RLS symptoms?

Hi! I have a serious problem. Every time I lie down to sleep, I get a prickly feeling in my legs. Because of that I can not sleep well. I think that I have restless legs syndrome (RLS). My cousin told me that maybe reflexology can be helpful for RLS symptoms. Has anybody with this condition tried reflexology?

I had the same problem with my legs and reflexology helped me a lot. You definitely should try with it. Reflexology is therapy that relieves pain, relaxes muscles, or focuses in general on the nervous system and the brain. But also you need to consult with your doctor. He will prescribe adequate medicaments.
