I would like to lose 20 lbs and I am about to try Xenadrine EFX but I am a little frightened of taking a dietary supplement such as this. My biggest fear is since it is a metabolic booster. Will I automatically put weight on again once I go off of it? What do others think about Xenadrine EFX? Thank you.
I have never tried Xenadrine EFX, but I’ve heard that since they removed ephedra, it may have fewer side effects…pressure, anxiety, etc. From what I know it may give energy boots and cut down appetite. I would talk to your doctor if were you, also not take it after 3 pm because it may affect your sleep and watch for dehydration since most of these supplements have diuretic effects. I am not sure if you would have a "rebound" effect after you stop using it. Most of these products do.
I took Xenadrine EFX for energy as I have a young son. I got preg. with twins and didn't know and took Xenadrine EFX a couple times and I lossed both of them at the same time. I didn't think that was the cause but I took a couple Xenadrine EFX and had really bad bleeding, and I took a preg. test and it came back pos. now I have a threatened preg.. I am possitive that if I took more Xenadrine EFX that I would misscarry. Good Luck
