Does taking yasmin birth control pills and coconut oil make you gain weight? I have hypothyroidism, anxiety disorder and I take the pill and I need to loose weight, but I need to do it in a natural way. I heard taking coconut oil will help speed up my metabolism, is this true? I need feedback thanks

I'm not sure about the birth control pills, but I know that coconut oil does help increase your metabolism and help with weight loss. I lost over 30 lbs by adding organic virgin coconut oil to my diet and getting rid of almost all the other oils, except butter and olive oil.

Coconut oil also helps the body fight infections, diseases, bad bacteria and yeast invasions, because it contains lauric acid, which is known to be anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial.
