YELLOW SEMEN FROM ANTIBIOTICS

Hello I have been taking antibiotics for two weeks. First a Z pack and now Biaxin.

I have noticed a decreased amount of ejeculate as well as it being yellow.

I also take buspar and paxil.

My question is that could the antibiotics be causing my ejaculate to be yellow? could it be caused by prescription drugs?

You should know that it’s not only antibiotics that could cause the discoloration of your semen, for example it could be due to some bacterial infection or STD. Have you noticed any other symptoms except for yellow semen? How long does it last, is it since you have been taking the antibiotics? I am not sure whether some of these medications caused this, I have checked both of these drugs and found that Buspar can’t be the one that has something to do with it, but on the other hand, Paxil could cause decreased sex drive, impotence, or difficulty having an orgasm, but no words about yellow semen.
What I think is to pay a good attention on some other symptoms, if you notice anything unusual and strange or if your semen start smelling in a weird way, you go to see your doctor for further directions.
