I am 31 years old and I have been off birth control pills for over 3 years. In the last couple of years my periods have been horrible and painful. My cramps are so bad that I decided the only thing to do is to try the pill again. I am in month #1 with Yasmin and I am not sure what to think. I have been more than spotting since about day 5 of starting the packet. I now for my "period week" am in pain and still bleeding pretty constant. My doctor said to wait it out until my next month starts. Does it get better? My pain right now is horrible still!! Any advise?
