I have a problem with yeast infections.. I end up getting them everyother month and usually notice them after intercourse, it ends up feeling raw. A day or so later I feel an itch start.

I get them if I eat sugary/starchy products and not enough water.. Is this related to the problem of me not digesting lactose normally?..
I have a problem with that too.. Thats all of the problems that cause it it seems. So what is the problem?
