Yeast infection? bleeding, vaginal cuts, frequent periods, bcp

(My last topic didn't post so here it goes again)

I'm 21, female with male partners. I had a steady partner for 3 years and we never used a condom. I've been on the birth control pill for 7 years. In the third year of our relationship sex started to hurt when he would hit the back of me (it didn't hurt before), so we started having gentler sex.

I've had unprotected sex three times total with two different partners since then. The first was unprotected vaginal sex in Dec 07. Months passed and there were no symptoms of anything that could be going wrong. Around April 08 (I think) I had unprotected anal sex with a different partner. There was soreness that was to be expected, but nothing unusual. A couple months later I started to have a discharge that had a burning sensation when it came into contact with my genital skin and an unbearable itch. It lasted a few days then went away.

This month I had unprotected vaginal sex with the first partner again and within a couple of days the itch returned as well as the burning discharge but now it's thicker (clumpier) and has a pink tint to it. If I tighten my keigel (sp?) muscles I can actually push the discharge out (so gross!) A gush of what looks like the dark blood at the end of your period sometimes leaks out. Also there are thin "cuts" on the lower part of the vaginal opening.

I've had a "period" 5 times in two months and I am going to the OB/GYN this week. Does it sound like I could have an STD, a complicated yeast infection, or something medically wrong and a bit more serious?

it really does sound like thrush. although there is always a possibility of it being an sti. you really should be using contaception you dont want to end up catching something serious.
