Hi all,
wen i get an errection, and pull back my forskin on around the bottom of the penis gland.
there is like a yellow substance around, i can clear it up, but it comes back.
what is it - anyhelp please |

This cheesy substance is called Smegma or sebum.
It is the natural secretion of human genitals.
It results from a lack of cleaning, and can produce unpleasant smells if left to fester long enough.
You should attempt to clean it out from behind the foreskin regularly.
When showering, fold back the foreskin and rinse that area out daily.
You can find entries on wikipedia.org under smegma and sebum and foreskin.
