To start off, this isn't about phimosis.
I am an uncircumcised 18 year old, and I have a hypospadias. While I have no problems getting the foreskin behind the glans, I do have problems exposing the inner foreskin layer. (as in the last stage here) In other words, it only goes back to just behind the glans, and won't go any further. An attempt to make it go further pulls the glans downward, making my penis into an upside down 'L' shape. In order to get my foreskin completely away from my glans (i.e. not bunched up against it), I have to fold my foreskin over the shaft, which isn't exactly comfortable when thrusting.
Obviously I don't think it's normal, but I'm not sure. I've googled and googled without result, and thus I result to asking. I really only want to resort to circumcision as a last result.
