Hey guys,

Im younger than 20 and i have terrible menstrual pains. like all the time. and its not healthy, when i ge thtem for the first few days i can hardly move. and i cant even use tampons or anything. like is this normal. i need something that could help the cramps. anyone know of anything? Sad Sad
