Hi, guys. My girlfriend is talking me into trying lacto-vegetarian diet. I am not quite sure about this. I know approximately what it is. I would like to hear what your favorite lacto-vegetarian diet is. I hope someone will answer my post. It will mean a lot to me. Thanks. Bye!

Hi, there. I am quite sure that you’ve heard that lacto vegetarians can eat dairy products. They cannot eat eggs however. I became lacto vegetarian last year. I have several favorite “diets” as you say. Rose tea is my favorite. I also like mushrooms on toast. If we talk about sweets, then I recommend Chocolate Death Pie. Perhaps, someone else will have different suggestions. Enjoy!
