Zoloft and vistaril and hydrochlorot

I just started having high blood pressure readings and I have been taking a half a pill a day with hydrochlorot. I was wandering since I have been on zoloft since 1993 for OCD would it have caused high blood pressure? I take vistaril when needed for my OCD anxieties 
and would it cause high blood pressure? Thanks
