| I want to quit smoking and I wish I could do it right this moment, but I know that it is not possible. I know that I will have a hard time trying but I just have to succeed. Can you give me any advice on the best method for it? Whish is less harmful – Zybane or nicotine patches? |

| Well, when you consider how you have been destroying your health with nicotine for all those years, both Zybane and those patches seem to be the healthiest things ever made! So, just pick a method and stick to it. I never used anything, I just stopped. One day, two days, third day was a hell, fourth even worse and then the real nightmare began! But I survived, so don’t worry, you will too… |
