Duragesic patch for chronic pain

Hi, my father is 72 years old and he has very strong pain caused by his arthritis. We have tried so many medications that I can't even remember and any of them didn't bring relief. These patches contain opioid which is very strong and you have to be very careful with its application. You have to apply it on the skin and mustn’t put it on mucosa, chew it or drink it.
