| Winter is finally gone and the spring is coming. During winter I didn't exercise at all. It was to cold to go out. Beside, the gym is not my favorite place. I like to wear mini skirts and shorts, and my body is joke. That is why I started to work out, but exercise caused me headache. Why? What to do? |

| As a semiprofessional sportsman, whatever that might mean, I think that I have an idea about yours headache. I suppose that you are in young age and that you have low blood pressure. You probably exercise in the morning, like most of us. That causes further fall in your blood pressure, and pain in you complain about. Try to go to gym in evening and to drink more liquids, maybe headaches will stop. |
