Hello. I am a woman 25 years old and I adore sweats. I have cut them all to minimal intake, except chocolate. I love it. I can not live without it. I even have a crisis when I am not eating chocolate for four or five days. Now, I heard that there is people that are actually allergic to chocolate? Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible, but in my experience, they are very rare. Not many people has it. Maybe 1:500 or 1:1000. If someone has a chocolate allergy, then, they must exclude cocoa from his diet. This doesn't mean he/she can not enjoy chocolate. There is a cocoa substitute. It is called Carob and it doesn't affect chocolate allergy.
