I feel exhausted. It is like I have no energy in me. I have so many obligations that I dont know where to start. I am student, I am married and I have two kids, and also part time job. I have something to do every second of my day. Of course in the evening I am like zombie. How to get some extra energy?

My dear you are really in difficult situation. First you have to search your energy well in your motivation to achieve your goals in life which you must have since you work so hard. Then ask your husband or family to help you a little with kids. You can use some energy shakes, calories rich food and candies but I think that you will not resolve your problem that way.
