For some reason after having intercourse with my partner, im loosing this white, very lumpy, clots of viginal discharge. This discharge has no odor. I may have had this before not having had intercourse so im not sure if that is linked. As far as i know my partner does not have any infections or diseases. However i do suffer from pain in my lower stomach, the pain feels as though im going to have an exstreamly heavey period. Ihave had an ultra sound scan for this, which reavealed my uterus is tillting back. So im not sure if these white lumps of discharge is related to this issue. Thanxxx Shonadan.x Confused [/u]

Hi there! Both of your symptoms, the discharge and cramping in the lower abdomen could be caused by your tilting uterus. When you have tilting uterus, you may be experiencing cramps due to uterine muscle contractions.

The discharge appear because tilting uterus may be putting more pressure on the cervix, rotating it and stimulating it to produce more mucus. The discharge may even be heavier in the period between ovulation and your period because cervix is more likely to move around in that period when progesterone (female hormone) is high and androstenedione (male hormone) is low.

Talk to your doctor if there’s something you can do about these symptoms.
