it is not in the anal area, right above the anal right below the testicals, its red, hard, swollen, and has several little heads on it, like zits. is there an over the counter cream? it just came out in the last 2 days.

To generate an answer I need to know the size of your testicles and the bumps and how many bumps as well as if they leak and if you can ejaculate yet and try to keep semen off the bumps.
