i just noticed these small bumps inside the beginning of my vaginal hole, i am sexually active, but have never really experienced any problems. I've never seen anything of this sort before and i'm not sure if its nothing to worry about or if i should be worried..

Go see a doctor. You may have contracted herpes or other STD.
