whenever i eat no matter what it is i always seem to get nasty abdomen pains there sharp shooting pains right in my stomach..they last for a little while then go away sometimes they come back but usually not until i eat again.. i havent been to the doctor yet but i started gettin them when i started smoking cigarettes .. when i first started smoking i also got IBS .. ( at least i think ) i think the smoking is triggering something sensitive in my body causin my piping to be irritated and cause diarhhea.. im not to sure i want to go to the doctor but i have no insurance so. im sort of stuck .. can anyone help me out and give me an opinion on what they think it might be ??!! and oh yeah im tryin this new strict fiber diet to see if it helps ...??!! - im 21 5'10 155 plbs
