abdomenal pain in lower left side

Ive had a pain in my lower left hand side for about 3-4 weeks now. It did however go away for about a week and a half before coming back here recently. The pain is in my left hand side about even with my belly button and where my abs would meet my oblique area between the bottom of my ribs and the top of hip bone. Jumping and contracting my abs doesnt cause pain, nor is it painful to press on the area. The only thing that causes discomfort is taking deep breaths. Any ideas?
