abdominal cramps in my first trimester

hello i would like have some suggestion regarding my abd cramps since my first week of pregnancy and its now 11 week but i still geeting and its been constant . i dont have any spotting but this pain is very uuncomfortable for me . does any one of u have similar problem . what is my chances of having successful preg . i am much worried about preterm labour if i continue this pain even after 20 weeks i already had one miscarraige in 22 week. my doc says my pain is normal and is due to stretching of uterous . but i dont have this type of pain in my earlie preg. .

My sister also had these cramps all the time. She had a healthy pregnancy and now has a healthy child.
