I am a 39 year old female in good health. I recently had a severe stomach flu. I felt that I was recovering fine and then I came down with severe diarhea. My stomach is now swollen and making all kinds of gurgling sounds. It is uncomfortable for me to be in an upright position. Do I need to seek medical help?
