I am male in my 50’s.I am having sensation like fluttering in my abdomen for some time. It is very uncomfortable.Beside that I had IBS problems before. What can be a reason for this feeling?

I know that one of my friends had abdominal fluttering, and it turned out that it was cause by abdominal muscles. Sensation of abdominal fluttering can be caused also by inflamed or compressed thoracic nerve root. My advice to you is to check with your physician, it might be a symptom of some disease.
