Last week I have started exercising. My priority is abdomen. I prefer it flat. Friend of mine caught me while I was exercising and told me something about abdominal muscles. But of course I forgot it. He also told me about some special training for abdomen. I would like to learn something more about this.
Whenever you start to do something new everybody give you advice how to do it. I had the same problem myself. About abdominal muscles; there are 3 types of muscles. First type is the one in front. You can build this muscle with ordinary exercises. The other two types are lateral muscles, one above other. For them you would need lateral stretching.
