There are many conditions causing the abdominal pains which could range from the lightest to the most severe and even life threatening.
There are always a few questions that you should ask yourself and give the answers to them so that you can represent your doctor everything that has been happening.
As you are having pains in your stomach and the feeling you are going to throw up, I would always ask myself if I have eaten something I am allergic to, or maybe some vitamins or food supplement I am not used to taking. The use of some new medication could be the possible cause as well.
Secondly, have you experienced bloating, constipation or a sudden urge to have a bowel movement? If you have some of these symptoms, you could be having the irritable bowel syndrome, but you should check this with your doctor. This just may be!
I also wanted to ask how regularly do you have your meals? I remember when I had the irregular meals, my stomach started to function in totally different way as it seemed and later I had so many troubles with the food I take into my stomach, I would always throw everything up. That was an awful period.
