I am in my 6 month and I am having severe abdominal pain and trouble breathing!!! Could this be a sign of preterm labor or what this is my first baby and I'm scared I'm also very little for 6 months and am only 18!!!

Hello,
My name is Anne. I have been having pains on the lower right side of my abdomen. I just started noticing this pains last week. The pain feels like an open wound. Although i felt it last month but immediately my mensturation started, it stopped.
I am feeling the pains now, and i do not know if it will have any effect on my health since i am not married yet
Please i need you reply now
