abdominal pain with lower back pain and really bad headaches

hi there, about a month ago i've started gettin abdominal pain in the middle. sometimes in the middle upper, or sometimes just in the middle of everything. it happens occassionally. and then i start to get a lower back pain. i have been having headaches everyday which stay for a very long time. when i get the pain in my abdomen, i feel sick as well. just nausea. i don't vomit or anything. please help me

Hi! I seem to have the same symptoms that you are experiencing. My rheumatologist diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia and the back pain and headache is a common symptom of Fibromyalgia. The abdominal pain, Im not so sure but I do get it too. Sometimes I think its just that IM really sore or achey all over and the abdominal region which has muscle is one part that hurts. People with fibromyalgia also seem to have stomach and abdominal problems so that could be whats happening to you. Have yourself checked, they do blood tests and then the doc can rule out what is causing those. I still get them, I have medicines to take for the pain and a different one for the bad headaches. The bad headaches in my case is also migraine so I take Relpax for that.
