i havent have a period for 4 months i keep gettin abdominal pains & pains in my ribs and lower back and i seem to have put on a bit of weight on my belly which is unusual for me! i also seem to need to go to the toilet very often.

I have taken a test but it said negative im worried that i may be pregnant and experiencing an ectopic pregnancy. would this show up on test?
