I just found out today that I am 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant, and in shock! I am not sure how to feel, I have always felt like babies are a gift and yet I can't stop crying. I had an ablation 5 years ago when I was married and had two boys already and we were done. I have been dating my boyfriend for about a year and a half and he has a son as well. We didn't want anymore children, but now that I am pregnant I am so confused about what to do. I have been looking for all the risks involved in pregnancy after ablation and my ob/gyn told me today of many risks to the baby and myself. I partly feel like it's not fair to my boys to put myself at risk for this unwanted pregnancy, but I also feel that this baby inside of me deserves every chance. Anybody else out there going thru something similar?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and the scan says my womb lining is 11mm. I had the rollerball TCRE 9 years ago and got pregnant by mistake 18 months later. I lost the baby at 18 weeks and the hospital messed up the operation. I am totally terrified and dont know what to do. Has anyone got any advice please?

Hi, I'm experiancing the exact same situtation. Is there any hope??? I met the most wonderful man in the world and he wants a child. I'm currently 38 with a 18 yr. old daughter. If it's possible I would love to experiance child birth again. I currently have no cycle and almost feeling all hope is lost.

I am 37 with 3 healthy children. I feel selfish to want another after I had a tubal and ablation. My heart aches for another baby, so do the hearts of my kids. I have been researching successful pregnancies post op. The feeling does not subside. Hebrews 13: 5 says "Be content with what you have..." but maybe God will bless us with another. Keep praying and trusting that God knows best!

Has anyone had a tubal and uterine ablation done and still conceived? I had a tubal done in 2004 and an ablation done in 2006. I know that I would have to have my tubal reversed, but was unsure of the success rate. I am remarried and really want a child with my husband. I know there are many risks involved, which I am willing to take. Anybody out there who knows? My gynecologist would have a fit if he found out I was considering pregnancy as there are other issues which would make me "high risk".
