abnormal feeling on liver area

I am 54 yrs old.Since 2003 I am having a peculiar sensation on upper abdomen specifically liver area.I am a diabetic patient and take medicines regularly for the last 26 yrs but still not take insulin.My fasting blood sugar ranges from 93-120 and p.p. is 160-220.As per doctor's advice my USG has been done for whole abdomen and SGOT/SGPTAND ALK.PHOSPHASE done for blood from APOLLO Hospital,Kolkata and all results are o.k and within range and no abnormality found in USG report.I have the following sensation:-
1.sometimes it feels that the liver does not exist and the area is empty.
2. Sometimes it feels hot in the upper abdomen right sidearea just below breast.
3. Sometimes it feels that a small soft like mass exists and touches the skin from inside.
4.In empty stomach during 11-11.30 a.m the problem aggravates.
5.I feel better if the area is pressed by hand.
