i am 19 years old and i dont liv in USA or in an open minded country to find the home test pregnancy which makes me not sure what to do..am not sure if i am pregnant and i cant actaully go to a doctor to check so can u help me knw the signs of pregnancy..And if i am can i do anything alone to make me have abortion by myslef as its stil early...

i live in egypt for my luck :s..and i dont think they would have these stores to seel the pregnancy tests..ive read som articles about abortion at home but am not sure of itone said somthin bout vitamin C ocntainin somthin and the other named a medicin but am also not sure of it:S...canu tell me the signs of the pregnancy n tell me what to do..here it wont b easy to tell a parent..

How do women find out they are pregnant if there are no pregnancy tests somewhere?

ALL those herbs and stuff are dangerous, and if it failed you would have a deformed baby later.

I am a healthcare professional, I would say do not trust herbs.

Vommiting, missing a period, and nausea are symtpoms of pregnancy.

You should have a period every month, otherwise pregnancy is a concern.

I realize this is probably too late to help the original poster, but in some countries virginity belongs to the family and if the girl gets pregnant they are permitted by their government to kill her. Also in many countries an unwed girl who is not a virgin (even if raped) will never be able to marry and dishonor her family. So these cases are very serious and very desperate. They will not be able to find pregnancy tests in stores.

In case anyone else in in this girl's situation, there ARE groups that will assist you in getting abortions in countries where they are illegal. You can do a google search for them by typing abortion +assistance. However don't wait too long to contact them...because the abortion pills are only effective up until your 8th week.
