i had an abortion 2 weeks ago and than i had sex with my man and now i have lower abdominal pain. i really need some advice, my appointment isnt for another 2weeks. Sad Embarassed Crying or Very sad

When you have sex your uterus is stimulated, so after an abortion you could have cramping associated with that stimulation.

It does not sound like an infection, because that would occur within 3 days of the abortion.
