I need an advice about absess tooth treatment. I’ve been experienced mild pain since the day before yesterday. This morning I saw that my cheek is enlarged. I have severe pain when I palpate that place. What antibiotics should I have to use in tooth absess treatment?
I can suggest you to take amoxicillin 500mg every 8 hours. Therapy should last for 7-10 days. Make appointment with your dentist and try to save your tooth. You shouldn’t let it be extracted.
