Hello! I have been using accutane for three weeks now and I have been experiencing side effects in form of dry eyes. At first I didn’t know it was from accutane, so I went to a doc to check my eyes. He said that he already had some experience with dry eyes from accutane and he prescribed me visine. Should I stop accutane or should I just treat this side effect?

Well, if accutane is not causing you any other side effect and you realize it has good ( or lets better say bad ) effects on your acne, than you should definitely just treat this side effect. It seems as if your doc knows his job as he told you that he already had experience with this and that visine proved to be good. I can confirm this. I had to get rid of my contact lenses for a while on accutane but since I bought visine, it enabled me use my lenses again.
